Delete it in the app

1. Open Awacino and sign in.
2. Go to User.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all its data are deleted right away.

Delete it without the app

Send an e-mail to support@awacino.com from the e-mail address of your Awacino account, with the subject "Delete my Awacino account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. For your protection we only act on requests from the account's own address.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in data,
• your devices, Unattended Clients and their settings,
• your Beam-in codes,
• your licence and slot data,
• your audit logs.

Connections themselves never pass through our servers and are not recorded, so there is no connection content to delete.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records are kept for the statutory retention period for tax and accounting records (in Germany up to 10 years), then deleted.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also recorded by Apple or Google under their own terms; an active subscription there must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account.
